Review-draft privacy principles for the REGNR8 website and investor-access pathway.
The current investor forms are interface demonstrations. They do not transmit or store information. A production form must not be enabled until the responsible entity, lawful basis, processor arrangements, security controls, retention periods and contact channel are confirmed.
A production investor form may collect name, email, organisation, role, jurisdiction, investor type, indicative investment range, NDA preference, message and consent to be contacted. Do not submit personal health information, patient data, clinical records, government identity documents or payment information through these forms.
Information would be used only to assess and respond to investor, broker, strategic-partner or institutional enquiries; manage confidentiality; arrange briefings; and maintain an appropriate contact record. Final lawful-basis wording requires privacy and legal review.
Access should be limited to authorised REGNR8 and Executive Athlete Lab personnel and approved service providers with appropriate contractual and security controls. Confidential materials may use tiered permissions, watermarks and access logs.
Production retention periods, deletion processes, access requests, correction rights, objections, withdrawal of consent and cross-border transfers must be documented before launch and adapted to applicable law, including relevant South African and other jurisdictional requirements.
